Here are some of the things I do to make the project productive and enjoyable:

After we have a chance to talk about your project, I will give you an estimate. It may be a flat fee for the project, or an hourly rate with an estimated number of hours. It depends on your project. I will not go over my estimate without talking to you in advance.

At the beginning of the project, I will gather enough information to get the project right. I’ll use your time wisely. Any meetings I set up will be organized and to the point, and you won’t have to do any hand-holding during the project.

Two rounds of revisions are included in my project fees. The cost for additional revisions is typically by the hour. We’ll agree on a price before I do the additional revisions.

If the project is canceled for any reason, you pay only for whatever portion of the project I have completed.

For large projects, I require an up-front deposit of 1/3 the total amount.
